Moomba Make

Moomba Make enabled children to participate in making features for the famous Moomba Parade, developing community contribution and belonging though drop-in public workshops for children at Artplay. Participants used colourful metallic papers to make a range of folded flowers that became part of large lanterns carried by community members in the Moomba Parade and wove patches to cover sculptures of a prancing mare and foal horse for a Moomba float 2007.
