Mycofloral

Drawing.

Growing from a long held fascination with the mysterious Fungi kingdom, Mycofloral celebrates mycelium, the largest living organisims on the planet. Mycelium are the body of which mushrooms are the fruit. They are capable of spreading thousands of metres underground; the single largest organism on Earth is a mycelium network covering over 2,385 underground acres in Oregon. Thousands of delicate white lines on a ground of black acylic and mica suggest threads of hyphae, the strands that make up mycelium. Subterranean perspectives evoke hidden, interconnected realms where massive information networks quietly grow.
